Flange bottles are more and more popular with consumers.
Until now, the only closure systems available for flange bottles have been wax or disks placed on top of the cork.
 It's a clean look, but unsightly dust and grime collects on the pouring surface and wax causes annoying debris 
 when the bottle is uncorked. More troubling yet, these closure systems are not tamper proof or tamper evident.

The new S-CAP by Canals solves these problems, once and for all. The short 
heatshrink capsule provides the same clean look consumers have come to expect, and more.  It's tamper 
proof and tamper evident. Using Canals patented TOP CAP system, the S-CAP incorporates a stainless  
steel disk that adjusts perfectly to any wine bottle. This hidden disk prevents the cork from being punctured,  
by any means, without conspicuous damage to the capsule.

For the winery, the only requirement is a simple S-CAP distributor on the bottling line. 
For consumers, S-CAP can be removed in the usual way with no additional steps or tools.

HEAD:
Aluminum disk is suitable for 3-color printing.

SECURITY DISK:
Impenetrable stainless steel disk sits flush 
to bottle head. Prevents collapse or deformation.

SKIRT:
Available in PVC or biodegradable PET. 
Clear or tinted to match the bottle color.
